Choose a lesson from the menu; ◀ ▶ step through its course. The course’s name beside them opens the lesson on the teacher’s site.
Press ▶ (or the space bar). One bar counts you in, then the lick plays round. The music moves past the red line, and the fretboard lights each note as it sounds.
The number is the tempo: press it to slow down or speed up, type it, or tap it, and turn on Ramp to climb a little each time round, up to the tempo the lick is written at. The speaker sets the levels; Metronome, Notes and Drone switch their sounds, and the ▾ beside Notes and Drone chooses how they sound.
Where a lesson names a backing track, Track plays it instead; the drone steps aside.
Reference writes the lick out, ready to print.
